Imagine Update

The Imagine experience is ongoing at GFC—and will be for the next three years. The “end” of Imagine is April of 2009!

Here are some summary headlines of where Imagine is as of April 20, 2006.

· 583 family units have made commitments.

· The total amount committed is $6,535,898.68.

· A contract has been signed with Cogun (www.cogun.com) that guarantees the price for constructing the building. That price is $9.4 million but does not include site work at this time.

· The elders are working on a financial package that fits our financial values.

· Construction could begin as early as August, 2006.
